Our firm is focused on providing our community new, single family detached and single family attached homes. We take great pride in addressing all aspects of development including site design, engineering, architecture and landscape design. Once development plans are finalized, we distinguish ourselves by implementing a closely managed, timely construction process.

What neighborhood is the client interested in? What is the budget and price point? Is property available, and do zoning and other technical requirements allow for the desired type of home? What is the expected timeline?
Once a property is identified, we set about sketching a design solution that takes into account the physical characteristics of the property, the desired home features and zoning requirements to determine whether or not the property is feasible for the desired use.
Afnan & Co coordinates design work between the architect and civil engineer to ensure a seamless, integrated solution. Once a preliminary plan is completed, Afnan & Co prepares a preliminary project budget estimate. Final construction plans are then prepared, and a final budget estimate follows.
With final plans completed, Afnan & Co manages the entire permit process including architecture, engineering, and infrastructure. Final construction specifications and selections are then determined (materials, finishes, site details, interior design, lighting and many other selections), and then construction bids are finalized.
Afnan & Co begins construction once all plans are approved, selections finalized, and all necessary permits are released. Depending on the project, site demolition and site work will precede construction of your new home. We closely manage or projects to ensure that they are built correctly, built on budget and built on time. On average, each new home we build takes 6 to 9 months to finish once site work is complete.
Our commitment to our clients does not end after the new home is complete. Afnan & Co ensures that every client receives a new home orientation meeting to review the proper use and care of their new home. We then provide peace of mind by backing up our work with a new home warranty covering materials and workmanship for one year, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for two years and structural components for ten years.
